Understand the brief
What the product has to do, where it is going, and which constraints are genuinely fixed. Written down before anyone is contacted.
01 / Our approach
An independent partner in sourcing, working to briefs rather than catalogues.
Our approach
Sourcing across borders is rarely limited by the availability of products. It is limited by clarity — knowing what a specification really means, what a supplier can actually deliver, and what happens when the two do not match.
We work as an independent partner. We are not tied to a particular factory or region, so the recommendation you get is the one that fits your business rather than the one that is convenient to place.
Most of our work is repeat work. That shapes how we behave: we would rather tell you a timeline is unrealistic than agree to it and renegotiate later. Suppliers hear the same from us, which is why they take our briefs seriously.
How we work
What the product has to do, where it is going, and which constraints are genuinely fixed. Written down before anyone is contacted.
A shortlist of manufacturers matched against the brief, with an honest note on where each one is strong and where it is not.
Specifications, tolerances, packaging and lead times agreed in writing with the supplier, in language both sides read the same way.
Production milestones tracked, questions answered quickly, and problems raised while there is still time to act on them.
