Most of our work is repeat work. That shapes how we behave: we would rather tell you a timeline is unrealistic than agree to it and renegotiate later. Suppliers hear the same from us, which is why they take our briefs seriously.

A shortlist of manufacturers matched against the brief, with an honest note on where each one is strong and where it is not.

Align expectations

Specifications, tolerances, packaging and lead times agreed in writing with the supplier, in language both sides read the same way.

Follow through

Production milestones tracked, questions answered quickly, and problems raised while there is still time to act on them.
