We keep the offering deliberately narrow. Everything below is work we do ourselves rather than pass on.

Product sourcing

Finding products and manufacturing partners that fit your business. This starts with the brief rather than a catalogue: what the product has to do, at what cost, in what volume, and to which market's requirements. We shortlist manufacturers against that, and we say where each is weak as well as where it is strong.

Supplier coordination

Keeping requirements, communication and delivery expectations aligned once production is under way. Specifications are agreed in writing, milestones are tracked, and questions in either direction get answered the same working day wherever the time zones allow.

Fulfilment support

Connecting the details from the supplier to the final destination — documentation, packaging requirements, labelling and handover to your freight partner. We do not operate as a freight forwarder; we make sure the forwarder receives a shipment that will not be held up.

What we do not do

We do not hold stock, we do not white-label other agencies' work, and we do not take commission from suppliers. Our fee comes from the client, which is the only way the advice stays independent.
